No return slips are included with the shipments.
For environmental reasons, we do not use printing or paper, as we generally receive very few returns.

If you would like to return an item, please click on the following link and enter your tracking number and postal code .
You will then receive an email with the return slip.

Delivery times

Depending on the shipping method chosen, the goods will usually be delivered within Germany within 1-3 working days.

For international deliveries within 2-14 days.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
