What do I do if I think my items are faulty?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect, please report the defect in the returns portal. Subject to inspection, we will fully cover the return costs.
How does the returns process work?
If you would like to return an order and receive a refund, you can do so by visiting our Returns Portal and selecting the items you wish to return. After you confirm the reason for the return, a return label will be generated for you to use to ship your package back to us. Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed. The amount you receive will be the amount for the returned items less the return shipping fee.
How long can I return an item?
If you want to return an item because you don't like it, you have 30 days. However, if the item is defective or damaged, you can file a complaint within 12 months.
And what do you charge for returns from abroad?
If you place an order from abroad and wish to return it, you will be responsible for 100% of the return shipping costs.
