- To keep your fabrics fluffy, please avoid using fabric softener. Fabric softener creates a film over the fibers, which can lead to lint buildup and, over time, make the fabrics hard.
Please also follow the washing machine manufacturer's instructions regarding the optimal load size. Underloading or overloading the washing machine can expose fabrics to increased friction, which can also lead to lint buildup.
- You should wash the item before first use. After the first wash, the terry loops will shrink completely. This generally prevents unpleasant threads from forming. Please always wash terry cloth items separately. Hooks, buttons, or zippers from other items can get caught on the terry loops and cause threads. However, threads can occur in general—even with very high-quality items. This is the nature of terry cloth. Please try not to pull out the threads.
You can easily cut these short with scissors without causing any damage. Cutting them prevents further pulling out of the thread and preserves the beautiful surface.
